Grumbi Doll was inspired by my very creative nieces. I started making dolls with them out of old dusters, tea towels and odd buttons and thought how much fun it was and how cute they were. It reminded me of more traditional times, good old wholesome family fun.
I’m quite the creative thinker and a graduate of University of Salford with a Degree in Design Futures and also a Foundation Degree in New Media Design. Through New Media Design I became interested in unconventional forms of marketing and new forms of communication that engage people more actively than the mass communications of old.
I have quite an eclectic style as I love experimenting with things I find. I enjoy taking random photographs, listening to music and really enjoying going shopping, to the cinema, galleries and exhibitions.
Have a giggle at the portfolio page and look at my early work. Like I said I’m more a creative thinker than the motion maker and shaker.
